Dedicated Partnership Support
Every school, salon, and academy is different. During your complimentary presentation, we'll walk you through the certification program, answer your questions, and help you determine the best partnership option for your team.
Mane & Myth helps cosmetology students add a premium, career-building extension skill through practical, hands-on education designed for the real salon environment.
The standard individual enrollment price is $899 per student. When a school has eight or more participating students, the school partnership rate is $599 per student.
Each student saves $300. At the minimum group size of eight, that is a combined student savings of $2,400 without reducing the training, materials, or certification experience.
A coordinated group allows Mane & Myth to teach multiple students efficiently in one school partnership. The $599 rate is a preferred group rate - not a shortened class or a lower-quality version of the program.
The $599 school partnership rate requires eight confirmed enrollments. With fewer than eight, students may enroll at the standard $899 rate, or the school can continue building interest until the group minimum is reached.
The program is priced per participating student. The payment and registration process is confirmed with the school before booking so expectations are clear for everyone involved.
Eligible students may apply for up to 12 months of financing through Affirm, subject to approval and the terms offered at checkout.
The program price includes the training and the listed student materials. Any location-specific costs or optional purchases would be disclosed in writing before the event is finalized.
Students learn the complete invisible weft service: consultation, client selection, scalp and head analysis, mapping, bead placement, stitching, tension, weight distribution, blending, maintenance, safe removal, reapplication, pricing, and client expectations.
Each student receives approximately 7.5-8 hours of hands-on education, an installation kit, four 12-inch practice wefts, guided practice, business and service-pricing education, and a certificate of completion.
No. The program is designed as career-focused education. Students learn both the technical service and the decision-making behind safe placement, client selection, maintenance, and building a professional extension offering
No prior extension certification is required. The program is built for cosmetology students, emerging professionals, and stylists who want a strong invisible weft foundation.
The class provides a complete professional foundation and hands-on correction from an educator. Like any advanced cosmetology service, students should continue practicing after certification before working independently at full speed.
Students receive a Mane & Myth certificate of completion showing that they completed the training. It does not replace a cosmetology license, school requirements, state-board rules, employer policies, or professional insurance requirements.
Invisible weft extensions are a premium service with opportunities for installation, maintenance, moveups, removal, reapplication, replacement hair, blending, and color customization. Depending on local pricing and service costs, one extension client may generate enough revenue to cover the certification investment, although income is never guaranteed.
Mane & Myth complements the school's core curriculum by giving students access to a specialty service that may not be covered in depth. It supports career readiness without asking the school to build a complete extension program internally.
The partnership adds a modern, high-interest educational opportunity, helps the school demonstrate career-focused value, and gives students another way to differentiate themselves as they enter the industry.
The certification is designed as supplemental advanced education. Scheduling is coordinated with the school so the event can fit around regular class hours, clinical requirements, and school priorities.
Yes. The education is designed to help students understand the service before graduation. Students must still follow their school's policies and all applicable licensing rules before performing services independently.
Mane & Myth combines technical education, behind-the-chair experience, professional extension products, purpose-built tools, and business guidance. The program teaches the full client experience - not just how to repeat a stitch.
The certification is centered on technique, client safety, professional decision-making, and service development. Any included products and tools support the class, but the educational value goes beyond a single product demonstration.
The full hands-on certification runs approximately 7.5-8 hours. The exact start time, breaks, and event schedule are confirmed with the school in advance.
No. Eight is the minimum needed for the school partnership rate. Final class capacity depends on the classroom setup, available workstations, and the instructor-to-student experience desired.
Mane & Myth provides a room and setup checklist before the event is booked. Exact needs are confirmed in advance so the school can evaluate the space without surprises
Yes. Mane & Myth can provide a complimentary 20-30 minute virtual presentation on careers and income opportunities in hair extensions. It allows students and school leaders to ask questions and measure interest before moving forward
Once the school is interested, Mane & Myth coordinates possible dates, expected enrollment, location details, and the registration timeline. The event is finalized only after the requirements and expectations are documented.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are reviewed in the written booking agreement before payments or deposits are collected. This gives the school a clear policy before making a commitment
Schedule the complimentary virtual presentation or request a school-partnership planning call. From there, Mane & Myth can answer school-specific questions, confirm interest, and outline the path to an inperson certification.
